How long does shipping take within the UK?
Standard shipping typically takes 2-4 business days. We also offer an express delivery option which arrives within 1-2 business days if ordered before 2pm.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. Please ensure the hygiene seal is intact for all plush and wellness products.
How do I safely heat my Warmies product?
Simply place your Warmies in a microwave for the time specified on the product tag (usually 60-90 seconds). Ensure the microwave turntable can rotate freely and is clean of any food residue.
Can I wash my Warmies plush?
Because our products contain specially treated flaxseed and dried lavender, they should not be submerged in water. We recommend cleaning the surface with a damp cloth.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Warmies UK focuses on domestic orders. However, we can ship to select European destinations for an additional flat-rate shipping fee calculated at checkout.
